About the Coach
Joel Gideon- Founder of GridIron Fitness
I built and maintained my physique at 37 years old. While working full time as an iron worker. Like many men, Life didn't come easy.

For years I struggled with serious mental battles. and had to rebuild my discipline, my mindset and my life from the ground up
​
Fitness became the structure that changed everything. Through strength training, proper nutrition and daily discipline I rebuilt both body and my mind.
Today my mission is simple: teach others how to train the right way so they can build strength, confidence and body that last for life.
