About the Coach

Joel Gideon- Founder of GridIron Fitness

I built and maintained my physique  at 37 years old. While working full time as an iron worker. Like many men, Life didn't come easy.

​

For years I struggled with serious mental battles. and had to rebuild my discipline, my mindset and my life from the ground up

​

Fitness became the structure that changed everything. Through strength training, proper nutrition and daily discipline I rebuilt both body and my mind.

 

Today my mission is simple: teach others how to train the right way so they can build strength, confidence and body that last for life.

The GridIron 12 week transformaton

For men ready to completely rebuild their body and discipline in 90 days.

Nutrition structure tailored to fat loss and muscle retention

  • weekly in person sessions (2 per week)

Full custom strength program (progressive phases)

Phase One (Weeks 1-4) -

$1200 or $400 for 3-month commitment

$1000 (commitment rate)

Limited to 4-6 men per 12-week phase to ensure high-level accountability and results.
